Co-wrote Cut to the Chase - the premier governance guide for Ontario public library boards impacting 15 million Ontarians.
Partnered with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport to ensure strict adherence to the updated Ontario Public Libraries Act.
Codified Equity & Compassion
Co-wrote OLA's Code of Conduct Policy and Procedures - an enforceable, Board-ratified framework grounded in UN Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) and anti-oppression principles to safeguard 5,000+ members.

Co-architected the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan to future-proof the organization for 5,000+ members.
